The next in the You Know Who Should Be In Smash Brothers
series is:

New Challenger Approaching!
ANDY GOES TO WAR!

SPECIAL MOVES----------------------------------------

Neutral Special – MAX BLAST -
Pressing "B", will cause Andy to perform the special move: Max Blast. Andy fires the main cannon from his tank dealing DMG to any foes horizontal to him. The range of this attack is unrivaled able to strike foes on the other end of the screen, however DMG dealt and knock back received depends on how close a foe is to Andy when Max Blast is used, the further away the less DMG and knock back a Foe will receive.  
DMG: 1%-25%

Side Special – DOUBLE TIME -
Pressing "B" while also holding "left" or "right" on the directional pad, will cause Andy to perform the special move: Double Time. Kicking the tank into high gear, Andy bursts forward at top speed catching foes in the tanks treads and dragging them along until the tank comes to a stop dealing the Foes racking DMG as they travel before dealing knock back once the tank stops.
DMG: 1%-20%

Down Special – HYPER REPAIR-
Pressing "B" while also holding "down" on the directional pad, will cause Andy to perform the special move: Hyper Repair. Holding down the "B" button will cause Andy will retreat into his tank and begin to repair it. Small bolts fly up out of the open hatch as a meter above Andy begins to fill. If Andy fills the meter, the tank will erupt with energy and begin to sparkle. Andy will be healed 5% and gain a boost to movement speed and launching power. These stat buffs will last around 8 seconds after which Andy's tank stops glittering. Andy cannot store his meter's charge when "B" is released it will begin to deplete immediately- however it is possible to begin charging before the meter depletes allowing him a shorter charge time.
DMG: 0%

Up Special – AIR LIFT -
Pressing "B" while also holding "up" on the directional pad, will cause Andy to perform the special move: Air Lift. Being the mechanical genius he is, Andy has outfitted his tank with wings! Two panels will open up on the sides of the tank and two wings will extend outward with propellers taking Andy into the sky. However the weight of the tank eventually proves too much and the wings break away flying upward and away from the tank dealing racking DMG anyone who comes in contact with them. Andy enters a helpless state as the tank falls through the air until it lands on a platform.
DMG: 3%-12%

Final Smash – ALLIED NATIONS -
After Obtaining the Smash Ball and pressing "B", Andy will pull out a Allied Nations flag and yell: blasting forward in his tank. If Andy strikes anyone the screen will fade to white as a scene plays out: The Foes struck will land in a grassy field, they get up and look around confused- suddenly the screen splits in half- the Foes on the right, and on the left we see a what appears to be the same field just some distance away a Green Earth Artillery unit, Yellow Comet Rocket Launcher unit, and Blue Moon Medium Tank unit roll up and are then joined by an Orange Star Megatank piloted by Max, Sami and Andy. Andy calls out: "All right everybody! Lets move out!" all the units open fire sending a volley of devastating firepower at the Foes dealing massive DMG. With an explosive end, Andy re-enters fighter stance as the Foes are dealt huge knock back.
DMG: 6% (Initial Hit) 40%(Allied Nations) 8% (Final Blast) 54% (Total DMG)

Kirby Hat -
When Kirby swallows Andy, Kirby will gain an official Orange Star Infantry helmet while also gaining the Max Blast Ability.

TAUNTS----------------------------------------

Taunt 1 –
Andy says: "Ready to advance!" as he spins one of his large wrenches in his hand, he then grasps it causing it to stop spinning- it lets off a gleam as it does. Andy then puts the wrench away and re-enters fighter stance.

Taunt 2 –
Andy revves the treads of his tank while saying: "I'm all revved up!" he then re-enters fighter stance.

Taunt 3 –
Andy will pull out a pair of binoculars and scan the surrounding area, putting them away he re-enters fighter stance.

VICTORY POSES--------------------------------

Pose 1 -
Clutching large wrenches in both hands Andy jumps up and down in front of his tank alternating pumping his fists into the air while yelling: "Wahoo! I won! I won!"

Pose 2 -
The camera focuses on Andy as he flashes a wide smile at the camera while chuckling and throwing up a peace sign with one of his hands.

Pose 3 -
Andy pulls out an Orange Star flag and plants it into the ground, holding it upright and looking pleased with himself he says: "I order you to surrender!"

SNAKE: Colonel there's a tank on the battlefield.

COLONEL: That's a Mini-Tank from the Orange Star Army. It's being controlled by one of their Commanding Officers, his name is Andy.

SNAKE: That kid's a CO?

COLONEL: That's right Snake, one of Orange Star's brightest- and I'm sure he's added a few modifications to the tank as well.

SNAKE: Great... Colonel, I don't suppose I'll be getting a tank of my own anytime soon?

COLONEL: No need. This isn't the first time you've gone up against a tank on foot, remember Vulcan Raven? A tank can't operate by itself. It's actually a fairly delicate weapon.

SNAKE: Easy for you to say...

PALUTENA'S GUIDANCE FOR ANDY--------------------------------

PIT: When did the humans start using Crawlers?

PALUTENA: That's no Crawler Pit.

VIRIDI: It might as well be! Leave it to the humans to design a war machine in step with the Underworld Army!

PALUTENA: The machine before you is known as a tank, it belongs to the Orange Star Army- and the one controlling it is an Orange Star Commanding Officer, his name is Andy.

PIT: A Commanding Officer?

VIRIDI: You know like Cragalanche, Arlon, and Phosphora? They're all Commanding Officers in the Forces of Nature.

PIT: Does that make me a Commanding Officer Lady Palutena?

PALUTENA: Hmm... I suppose you could be considered the Commanding Officer of Palutena's Army, yes.

PIT: Did you hear that Viridi!? I'M a Commanding Officer!

VIRIDI: Please, you have your hands full just getting dressed!

PIT: H-hey!

VIRIDI: Commanding Officers have to actually know how to do things Pit, like giving orders, resupply their troops, how to do battle by land, air or sea, they need to know to deploy units from factories, ports, or even airports!

PIT: I know all about  those things!... But uh... What's an airport, again?

PALUTENA: Oh Pit...

STAGE------------------------------------

ADVANCE WARS


Home to it's own war, the Advance Wars stage appears much like a miniaturized landscape making the Players seem fairly large by comparison. Tanks and Infantry units will move around the Background and Foreground of the stage doing battle, some capturing cities as well. These units also attack Players on the stage but only certain units will attack certain Players. Several Buildings line the stage which can be "Captured" by attacking the building, these building act as platforms but with every attack they begin to flatten. The last Player to attack a building causing it to completely flatten will capture it. When a Player captures a building, the color of the building and some units will change! For example: if Player 1 captures the building, the tanks and infantry associated with that building will turn red, but if Player 7 captures the building they would turn pink. These troops are now aligned with that Player and will never deal DMG to them! However not all units are tied to one building so other unaligned units could still Deal DMG to that Player. A captured building can also be captured again by another Player so the tide of battle is never set in stone. Capture as many buildings to outmatch your opponents!
