The next in the "you know who should be in smash brothers" series is:

LAHARL, PICKS A FIGHT!


SPECIAL MOVES----------------------------------------

Neutral Special – OVERLORD'S WRATH - This is a chargeable move. Holding "B" Laharl will raise his arms "Ha!" several balls of energy will appear around him overhead- the longer this is charges the balls will become larger and several more will appear- when this move is at max charge or "B" is released Laharal will say "Bite the dust!" and throw his arms downward causing all the balls at once to converge on a spot in front of him dealing DMG to foes in the blast radius. tapping "B" will cause Laharl to fire the attack uncharged immediately.
DMG: 4% DMG per orb

Side Special – BLADE RUSH - Laharl will raise his sword- it lets off a bright gleam at it's tip and Laharl slides forward slicing foes in his path- stunning them in place as he passes through them while dealing DMG. if used on the ground, and Laharal stops sliding on a platform he will perform a back flip landing where he initiated the move. if used in the air Laharl will fall and not perform a back flip.   
DMG: 10%

Down Special – COUNTER - Laharl will brace himself for an attack- and flash for a moment- if Laharl is hit by a physical attack while flashing, he will still take the DMG from the attack but will not flinch or receive knock back and then immediately unleash a counter attack with his sword dealing back x1.5 DMG and big knock back. Laharl can't counter projectile attacks- attempting to counter a projectile will result in taking full DMG and knock back.

Up Special – BLAZING KNUCKLE - "Haa!" Laharl performs an uppercut that sucks in foes- Laharl will leave a trail of fire from his fist dealing racking DMG to foes absorbed into the attack- when Laharl reaches the peak of his attack he will turn around "Blazing Knuckle!" and come crashing downward dealing DMG and a meteor smash effect when Laharl connects with a platform he will create a pillar of fire that also deals DMG - this move only travels straight up and straight down and is terrible for recovery.
DMG: 3% (Per second rising) 11% (meteor strike) 5% (per second in flame pillar)

Final Smash – METEOR IMPACT -   Laharl will jump straight up and off the stage- causing the screen to fade to white. we now see a planet- in the distance, a gleam of red appears. the camera rushes towards the gleam and we see its a gigantic meteor! a stream of energy is shown flying from the planet and comes to rest atop the meteor as Laharl is heard saying: "Get a taste of the overlord's strength!"- Laharl is shown standing on the face of the meteor- arms crossed he lets out his signature laugh as the meteor rockets away from the camera towards the planet as the screen fades to white again- the camera returns to the fray the top of the stage glows red and at this point Laharl can use the directional pad to move left or right the ominous red glow will move along with Laharl's choice. after a short amount of time the meteor will fall onto the stage dealing big DMG and huge knock back after the impact Laharl will stand in its wake arms still crossed, one eye glowing red- he lets out another laugh and re-enters fighter stance.
DMG: 44% (Impact)

Kirby Hat - Kirby gains antennae and gains the overlord's wrath ability.

TAUNTS----------------------------------------

Taunt 1 – Laharl will fold his arms and let out his signature laugh: "Haaaaaaaahahahahahaha"

Taunt 2 – Laharl's eyes will turn yellow as he folds his arms his antennae stand straight up:"I'll destroy all of you!"

Taunt 3 – Laharl will hunch forward- his scarf takes on the appearance of giant bat wings: "Here I come!" he says before standing up straight again as his scarf reverts to normal.

PALUTENA'S GUIDANCE FOR LAHARL--------------------------------


PIT: Who's the kid with the antennae?

PALUTENA: That's Overlord Laharl- ruler of all the Netherworld.

VIRIDI: Huh? That little runt is an Overlord?

PALUTENA: He may look small, but there is more to him than meets the eye.

PIT: An Overlord hu? What's an overlord again?

PALUTENA: The Overlord is considered the strongest of all the demons that reside in the Netherworld and rules over the land as they see fit.

VIRIDI: So how'd HE become Overlord?

PIT: Probably through hard work!

PALUTENA: Well... Sorta. Laharl fought for his throne that's true, but he also used his Vassals to do a lot of the heavy lifting. I heard his vassals think he's pretty selfish and lazy too.

PIT: Oh.

PALUTENA: Regardless of that, Laharl is very powerful- basic survival in the Netherworld requires you to be strong- to rise above all other demons and claim the title of Overlord is something else all together. Laharl may have a lot of power behind him- but he's pretty scrawny.

VIRIDI: Which means he should be sent flying if you can land a smash attack.

PIT: Got it!... wait so if I beat the Overlord- Do I claim his title?

PALUTENA: ...

VIRIDI: ...

PIT: ...Hmm "Overlord Pit" has a nice ring to it don't you think Lady Palutena?

PALUTENA: I don't think angels are allowed to be Overlords Pit.

PIT: There's a first time for everything!

VIRIDI: Oh boy.

STAGE------------------------------------

OVERLORD'S BALCONY

The Overlord's Balcony is an area located within the Overlord's Castle in the Netherealm. the stage itself is a platform that juts out from the castle's main structure the far right is where the castle stands players will bounce off the castle walls if tossed or smashed to the right making it impossible to KO foes on the right side of the screen. at the center of the stage stands a large circular platform that is attached to the castle via a bridge leading to large double doors. on the right side of the circular platform right before the bridge is a switch that can be attacked- doing so will alert the Prinny Squad within the castle to attack! in the BG players can make out more of the Castle one tower houses several large windows that when the switch is triggered fill with Prinnies and they begin tossing everything they can grab out the windows at the stage- players may notice attacking the switch has also caused several cracks to appear on the bridge- using the switch too many times will result in the bridge crumbling away creating a new pit on the stage. eventually a large explosion will go off high above the stage and a large chunk of the castle will fall onto the balcony several Prinnies twitch helplessly charred on the debris- this chunk of castle will provide more platforms to walk on- more Prinnies will appear, coming from the double doors- at this point the doors stand open allowing players to be flung into the castle thus KOing them- the Prinnies that have appeared can be picked up and tossed working as bob-ombs as they explode when thrown- when a Prinny reaches a specific spot on the debris they will not be able to be touched- and will instead begin to punch on the debris causing it to shift and eventually get pushe doff the balcony taking several with it- the other Prinnies then run off back into the castle slamming the doors shut again.

SIDE NOTES------------------------------------------

ENTRANCE - Lightning strikes the stage creating a rotating magic circle- it comes to a stop and a large pillar of light erupts from its center sending out a shock wave suddenly the silhouette of Laharl stands inside the pillar of light, the magic cirle fades and the light dissipates revealing the silhouette to indeed be Laharl he enters fighting stance.
