LIP'S IN FULL BLOOM!

SPECIAL MOVES----------------------------------------

Neutral Special – PANELS - Pressing "B", will cause Lip to perform the special move: Flower Panels. Lip raises her Lip's Stick above her head and it blooms revealing a hovering Panel Lip waves her stick forward causing the panel to drop down in front of her, if it strikes a foe it will deal DMG to them but then still fall to the ground and stay there. If "B" is held, the panel will eventually change into a different one, the longer "B" is held the stronger the panel will become. There are six different panels and each deal their own DMG, if Lip connects three panels of the same type they will flash and produce shocked little faces before they burst into flower petals dealing DMG and knock back while also producing a special effect. If Lip connects any two panels of different colors they will turn grey and vanish into poofs of flower petals. Below are the effects caused by combining three of a kind:
* Green Circle Panels: Produces three Lip's Stick items.
* Red Heart Panels: Causes two fully powered Hot Heads to activate on the platform.
* Purple Diamond Panels: Causes a tornado like the one on Hyrule Castle Stage to appear.
* Yellow Star Panels: Produces three Warp Star items to appear.
* Teal Triangle Panels: Creates a strong stream of water like in the Kalos Pokemon League.
* Blue Upside Down Triangle Panels: Produces three Mr. Freezie items to appear.
DMG: 3% (Green Panels) 5% (Red Panels) 7% (Purple Panels) 9% (Yellow Panels) 11% (Teal Panels) 13% (Purple Panels) 22% (Panel Burst)

Side Special – SWITCH - Pressing "B" while also holding "left" or "right" on the directional pad, will cause Lip to perform the special move: Switch. Tapping "B" will have Lip wave her Lip's Stick and she will create a cursor like graphic over herself and the space in front of her, She will then immediately swap from her box to the unoccupied one. If "B" is held the empty section of the two boxed cursor will stay in front of her until "B" is released. This will allow Lip to counter most attacks such as projectiles, thrown items or even an incoming foe swapping places with them in an instant. in the case of projectiles they will gain new momentum when swapped with Lip as if they were just thrown or executed. If a foe is swapped they will become a bit confused for a moment leaving them open to attack. This Special Move deals no DMG.

Down Special – GARBAGE BLOCK - Pressing "B" while also holding "down" on the directional pad, will cause Lip to perform the special move: Garbage Block. A chargeable attack, Lip makes a stance and spins her wand out in front of her absorbing energy into her Lip's Stick (the energy is in the shapes of the panels from Panel De Pon, such as circles, stars, hearts etc.) when "B" is released Lip raises her Lip's Stick to the sky and it blooms. From above, a pink, smiling, floral decorated block slams down in front of her. If used in the air while charging, Lip falls very slowly. Depending on how long the move was charged will determine how strong the attack is, and how heavy / big the Garbage Block is. Once the block hits the stage, it will act as a solid platform for players to stand on, they can even pick it up and toss it to a new location. Larger garbage blocks are great for taking cover from projectiles! After a period of time the Garbage block will appear shocked and piece by piece transform into smaller panels and pop out of existence into harmless bursts of flower petals.
DMG: 15%-27%

Up Special – WATABOU - Pressing "B" while also holding "up" on the directional pad, will cause Lip to perform the special move: Watabou. Suddenly the Fairy Mascot Watabou the Fluffy appears! Lip grasps it's tail and stretches into downward while Watabou flaps its little wings to keep Lip up. At this point Player scan tilt the directional Pad left or right, this will cause lip to change her trajectory. Suddenly Watabou's tail retracts and sends lip rocketing upward with her Lip's Stick in full bloom in the opposite angle Players tilted the control stick. Leaving a rainbow trail in her wake, if Lip collides with a foe they will receive DMG and have the flower status inflicted on them. As for Watabou, once Lip is flug upwards he bursts into dandelions and the particles float away. After executing this Special Move Lip will enter a helpless state until she touches a platform. It should also be noted that Lip can be attacked while hanging from Watabou's tail this will cancel this Special Move causing Lip to fall off.
DMG: 12%

Final Smash – BLOOMING RAINBOW - After Obtaining the Smash Ball and pressing "B", Lip will face the screen and float as she spins around then waves her Lip's Stick at the screen, this causes a huge rainbow to appear beneath her lifting Lip into the air. a wave of sparkles and flower petals transitions to a short scene where Lip is shown dancing around using her Lip's Stick, it leaves a trail of sparkles as Lip dances around in each scene. The final scene ends in Lip holding her Lip's Stick high above her head, she stands on a rainbow high in the sky. Her Lip's Stick unleashes a blast of light and we cut back to the stage. At the top of the screen rays of light shine down along with sparkles and flower petals. suddenly flowers begin to bloom on the platforms all over the stage some are huge, others not so much and every foe is afflicted with the flower status! but these flowers aren't your run of the mill they cant be shaken off! The rainbow shrinks returning Lip to the sport the FS was activated and she re-enters fighter stance. The Flowers that grew from the platforms will continue to stay on the stage for a while, they obscure the battlefield and when a foe who passes them who is affected with the flower status their flower will grow. the platform flowers will slowly wither however with the smallest flowers vanishing first and the larger flowers sticking around longer. While the Flowers on foes cannot be shaken off if Lip attacks the foes they will fall off, so as Lip you really need to know when to attack your foes, do you allow there DMG to rack up and have another foe potentially KO them or do you try to KO them first potentially curing them of their flower status too soon?

Kirby Hat - When Kirby swallows Lip, Kirby will gain a hairdo that looks just like Lip's while also gaining the Flower Panels Ability.

TAUNTS----------------------------------------

Taunt 1 – Lip spins around, shes suddenly holding her Fairy Mascot a white rabbit named Furifuri! The two cuddle for a moment before Lip tosses teh rabbit into the air it looks pretty pleased then magically bursts into flower petals and Lip re-enters fighter stance.

Taunt 2 – Lip holds her Lip's stick up to her face, it blooms as she smells it then releases a powerful sneeze! A long booger hangs from her nose as she sniffs it back up quickly and re-enters fighter stance.

Taunt 3 – Lip twirls slightly into the air as a beautiful flower blooms beneath her, she then bounces off the flower back onto her feet as the flower burst into flower petals and Lip re-enters fighter stance.

MEI LING: Do you mean Lip? She's a fairy from Popples.

SNAKE: A fairy hu? shes a bit bigger than i expected.

MEI LING: Not all fairy's are as small as they are commonly portrayed.

SNAKE: You seem to know a lot about fairies...

MEI LING: W-well... Anyways, Lip is from Popples- it's where fairies live in peace and harmony. They like to play a game called Panel De Pon- it's sorta like a puzzle.

SNAKE: I'm not very good at Puzzle Games. I prefer Stealth games personally.

MEI LING: No surprise there, but Snake, it looks like Lip has learned to utilize her knowledge of that game and turn it into a fighting style. be careful. Brains over bronze right?

SNAKE: Right.

PALUTENA'S GUIDANCE FOR LIP--------------------------------

PIT: That girl sure likes the Lip's Stick item.

PALUTENA: Well that make sense considering that girl is Lip.

PIT: Wait, really?

VIRIDI: Yep, Lip is the fairy of flowers so it makes sense her stick can cause flowers to bloom anywhere. She's next in line to become queen of the fairies.

PIT: Wow, so she's a princess.

VIRIDI: Yeah, but not one of those "Oh woes me! I'm a princess! It must be Friday because I've been kidnapped!" kind of princess.

PALUTENA: When Popples was threatened and her friends brainwashed, Lip rescued everyone and restored peace to the land... Mostly through games of Panel De Pon.

PIT: Panel de what now?

VIRIDI: Panel De Pon. It's a puzzle game where you move around panels to make chains of three or more of the same color panel.

PIT: Oh, okay?

PALUTENA: Lip's Special Move "Panels" allow her to create panels just like the ones used in Panel De Pon. If she can stack three of the same colored panels together something special will happen.

PIT: Something special? Like what?

PALUTENA: Well, it really depends on the color of the panels, but stacking panels of the same color will take some dedication so it's best to just keep her on her toes so she doesn't have the chance to.

VIRIDI: Of course then you'll never find out what that "Something Special" is.

PIT: Oh man. What should I do now!?

PALUTENA: Oh Pit, it really shouldn't be that hard to figure out...

STAGE------------------------------------

POPPLES

Players find themselves on one of the floating islands that make up the world of Popples; this particular island is called Fairy World and is Lip's home. In the BG a large flower can be seen in the distance it blooms to reveal a castle, there are also large fields of flowers and closer to the FG stands a swing made up of flowers, vines and an acorn. The stage itself is roughly the size of Final Destination. Slow moving clouds drift over the stage and serve as platforms- sometimes the clouds will drift onto the stage and stop moving causing a rainbow to materialize and bridge two clouds creating a longer platform. Eventually several clouds large and small will gather to the sky above the stage and rainbow bridges will jump between each cloud and the stage will scroll upward, during this section of the stage, players are able to see other floating islands- Nature World, Water World, Moon World, eventually the players will pass through the clouds and pass through to a flat stage made entirely of clouds it's here that Players will encounter someone special. One of the fairies of Popples will fly around behind the stage they will cast a magic spell and cause the clouds to disperse and the Players will fall back down to Fairy World.

ENTRANCE - A rainbow arches towards the stage and Lip runs along it. Hopping onto the stage Lip takes out her Lip's Stick and raises it above her head, it blooms as she says: "Let's go!" and enters fighter stance.
