Newcomer Victini

Victini was requested by Ariand54321 & sheretiger.

The next in the "you know who should be in smash brothers" series is: The Victory Pokémon: Victini

SPECIAL MOVES==============================

B – SEARING SHOT – Victini creates a small explosion in front of it causing its foe to levitate slightly. from the explosion comes smaller fireballs that spiral into the air and then come crashing down onto the opponent slamming them into the ground. these fireballs can also deal Dmg to players that come into contact with them.
DMG: 4% for initial explosion 2% per fireball 14% total.

Side B – LIGHT SCREEN - Victini waves his arms around in front of it creating a semi-invisable glowing colorful wall this wall will defend against almost any attack and linger for a while or until Victini creates another Light Screen this deals no DMG.
DMG: N/A

Down B - FUSION FLARE – Victini holds up its arm and makes a 'V' with his fingers. Victini then forms a ball of fire between rotating circles of energy above it and then slams its fist into the ground sending the ball of fire ripping through the ground towards foes.
DMG: 10%

Up B - FUSION BOLT - Victini expels blue lightning that swirls around it and turns into a ball of electricity using the control stick players can move Victini around for a short time in its fusion bolt sphere. ramming opponents deal dmg. this attack works a lot like Pikachu's FS only a lot weaker, smaller and shorter. Fusion Bolt is hard to control.
DMG: 8% per hit from the sphere

Final Smash – V-CREATE - Victini absorbs power into its forehead making its 'V' explode into flames and then takes off in a straight line anyone hit by Victini will be dealt massive DMG and be sent flying if Victini misses its target it will fly off the screen and 'loop' to the other side and come to a stop where it executed its FS (This FS is pretty much a One-hit-ko)
DMG: 120%

Kirby Hat - Kirby gains Victini's signature ears and his Searing Shot ability.

TAUNTS===================================

Taunt 1 – Victini's 'V' will ignite and Victini will hover and spin in place 3 times and strike a pose sending sparkles from his body.

Taunt 2 – Victini makes v's with its fingers and throws up its right arm "vi-" then its left "vi-" then its 'v' on its forehead shines brightly "VIIIIIII!"

Taunt 3 – Victini grows brightly then explodes like a firework, Victini giggles sweetly.

SNAKE: I guess I'll need a different strategy for each Pokémon I encounter.

STAGE=====================================

LIBERTY GARDEN

Located in the Unova region, Liberty Garden is a small Island with two docks and at its center stands an old lighthouse. The stage is flanked by water on either side and at its center a raised portion of land where the lighthouse stands this proves to be an obstacle for players as it divides the stage. aside from the lighthouse being a chore to navigate around, there are 6 pillars of protection (from the 14th movie) that will spring to life 2 at a time until all 6 are hovering around the stage each pair creates a barrier wall that is almost always invisible but acts as a solid wall to, players projectiles even items this will make players have to pay attention to where and when they send their opponents flying.

ENTRANCE - A Pokéball is tossed to the stage striking an invisible Victini who appears looking woozy and disoriented it shakes off the wooziness and enters fighting stance.
